Vendor sends the refund as a credit card credit

● Select Enter Credit Card Charges from the Banking menu.

● Choose the credit card account from the Credit Card drop-down menu.

● Choose Refund/Credit from the radio buttons.

● Enter the Date, Ref No., and Amount after selecting the proper Vendor name.

● Write a suitable memo to explain the transaction.

● Select the Item tab and input the Items and Refund Amounts if you return any items.

● Select the Expenses tab, choose the appropriate Accounts, then input the Amount if the refund doesn't include any Items.

● Click on the Save & Close option.
